9:00-9:05am: Rowdy Introduces Dean Hutchinson
9:05-9:30am: Dean speaks on overcoming adversity and becoming a legend
9:30-10am: Swim warm ups-video sign ups
10:00-10:15 Video for starts
10:15-11:30pm Start Drills. Video before and after
11:30-12:15pm Lunch with The Greatest Race Ever Announced by The Legend.
Rowdy will speak of the race, Jason Lezak and Michael Phelps. He will speak of his struggles
and his path to Gold.
12:15-12:45pm Dryland Drills w focus on body position hold: lunges, burpees, planks, etc.
with emphasis on streamline/core to demonstrate the importance of posture, line and balance.
12:45-1:15pm: Push off Position with proper core/streamline. Freestyle kick/Back kick w
proper body position. Swimming neutral. T-Press Drills. Body Roll
1:15—1:45pm Free Drills Building the perfect Free
1:45-2:15pm Dolphin kicks and Break out
2:15-2:45 Starts, Dolphins, Breakouts and Free: The Legendary 25 Free (filmed)
