The Art of Fast Swimming
Do you want to be Faster off the Blocks?

Do you outswim the competition but keep getting beat in the details?
With a total of two full days of instruction, the Art of Fast Swimming Camp will
instruct and demonstrate the proper swimming technique, stroke mechanics, speed
training and power development for all levels of athletes. The weekend includes
a specialized introduction to power training with equipment. Learn from the
coaches who have developed SEC, NCAA, World and Olympic champions!
Refund Policy: A $100 deposit and processing fees are non-refundable.
Canceling prior to May 31, 2020 you will receive a refund of all monies paid less
$100.00 and processing fees. After June 1, 2020 all payments made will be
forfeited. Transfers are not permitted.
*Legends Swim Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only to number
and age.

Legends are Born 7:45 Check in 8:15 Welcome and introductions 8:30 Rowdy gives Legend Speech: defined and how you become one. How ANYONE can become one! 9:00 Rowdy introduces 16 Days of Glory film 9:30 Swim warm ups 10:00 Freestyle and drills 11:00 Breaststroke drills with Kim Brackin 12:00 Lunch with The Greatest Race Ever Announced by The Legend. Kim speaks on leadership in and out of the pool and how to prepare for the college experience. 12:30 Dryland Drills w focus on body position hold: lunges, burpees, planks, etc. with emphasis on streamline/core to demonstrate the importance of posture, line and balance. 1:00 Push off Position with proper core/streamline. Freestyle kick/Back kick w proper body position. Swimming neutral. T-Press Drills. Legends are Made 8:00 Favorite Olympic Memories. Rowdy passes around Gold Medal. How Legends are Normal People Doing abnormal things 8:30 Breaking down stroke on film. 9:30 Warm up 9:45 Long axis turns 10:15 Sculling exercises 11:00 Butterfly with Caeleb/Backstroke with Kelly and Sherridon (45 minutes with each group) 12:30 Lunch. The making of a champion (Caeleb, Kelly and Sherredon). Autographs and Q and A with the athletes. 1:15 More butterfly and backstroke including starts and turns. 2:00 Fun drills 2:45 Your Choice Race all Out. Be Different.
